The NSWA is hosting its 12th Annual Writing Contest and this year we’ve added a new category for youths. Deadline is December 22nd 2007. What a way to kick off winter and for some added spice, results will be just in time for a Happy Valentine’s Day. "An Irish Country Doctor" Book Winners
In addition to his presentation at our February 2007 Meeting, Patrick Taylor was kind enough to bring copies of his book: An Irish Country Doctor. A quick contest was held to determine who would be lucky enough to walk home with a tangible memory of the evening. Pictured below are the contest winners with Patrick Taylor.

Bravo kc dyer! - Shades of Red Book Launch
Congratulations to the NSWA's kc dyer and the launch of her newest book, Shades of Red! The crowd of fans and well wishers kept kc very busy autographing copies of her latest book at the book launch held in the West Vancouver Memorial Library on April 15th. Shades of Red follows Seeds of Time and Secret of Light and is the final novel in her Eagle Glen Trilogy.
